My Holistic Health Approach
I believe that no matter your current state of health, you can ALWAYS improve it. You have the power to take charge of your health.
The key to optimal health is getting back to basics, focusing on nutrition (AKA, cooking at home with whole, fresh, local and organic ingredients), emotional wellness, and exercise/stress management.
My goal is to help you take a holistic approach to managing your chronic illness or disease by making healthy lifestyle changes. I provide the information and tools you need to help bring balance back to your body and mind.
Holistic health consultations might be for you if:
- You’re tired of suffering from stress, fatigue, extra weight, digestive issues, anxiety, mood swings, or other chronic illness and disease

How it Works
You’ll meet with me, Tracy Jevning, Holistic Health & Nutrition Educator. I’ll work with you to set a goal that is obtainable and reasonable for your long-term success. After our initial consultation, we’ll work together to explore holistic methods and gradual changes you could make to help improve how you feel.
I’ll teach you how to bring balance back to your body, mind, soul, and emotions using whole, fresh foods, nutritional supplements, herbs, and stress-reducing activities. You’ll learn about optimal nutrition and what foods are essential for your overall health and well-being and what foods you should avoid and why.
To get started, we’ll schedule an initial wellness evaluation appointment. From there, depending on your needs and goals, I offer individual follow-up sessions or multi-session packages.

It took time to get to the state of health you’re currently in. It’ll take time to transition into a healthier you. I can’t work magic overnight, and I can’t do the work for you. What I can do is empower, support, and guide you toward actions that will lead to a better quality of health and life.
